How DocuRail works

Summary

DocuRail is a digital workflow and record-keeping platform for POS (Plant Operating Scheme) and ALO (Any Line Open) packs. It supports structured submission, review outcomes, and audit-ready records.

What DocuRail records

DocuRail typically records:

  • Pack creation and submission events
  • Status changes during workflow
  • Review outcomes and reviewer comments (where configured)
  • Timestamps and user activity against workflow actions

PDFs and outputs

Depending on configuration, DocuRail can generate PDF outputs that reflect the information captured and submitted. PDFs support distribution and retention, but do not change operational authority or controlled documentation requirements.

Audit trail and evidence

DocuRail provides evidence of process activity (what happened, when, and by whom within the platform).

What DocuRail does not do

DocuRail does not define operational rules, acceptance criteria, or when a POS/ALO is required. Those decisions sit with applicable standards and organisational procedures.
