If you cannot submit a pack, work through the checks below in order. Most issues are caused by permissions, required fields, or connectivity.

Are you offline?
Submission typically requires connectivity. Sync and try again. -
Are required fields complete?
Check for incomplete mandatory fields and validation errors. -
Is the pack in a locked status?
Submitted packs are commonly locked until returned for revision. -
Do you have permission to submit?
Some roles can draft but cannot submit.
If the issue persists
Send support:
- Pack reference
- Your role (Planner/RM/Site/Admin)
- Screenshot of the submission error
- Device type (if mobile)
