Cannot submit a pack

Summary

If you cannot submit a pack, work through the checks below in order. Most issues are caused by permissions, required fields, or connectivity.

Quick checks

  1. Are you offline?
    Submission typically requires connectivity. Sync and try again.

  2. Are required fields complete?
    Check for incomplete mandatory fields and validation errors.

  3. Is the pack in a locked status?
    Submitted packs are commonly locked until returned for revision.

  4. Do you have permission to submit?
    Some roles can draft but cannot submit.

If the issue persists

Send support:

  • Pack reference
  • Your role (Planner/RM/Site/Admin)
  • Screenshot of the submission error
  • Device type (if mobile)
