Summary
If a PDF is not received, first confirm whether your workflow generates PDFs on submission or on approval (configuration dependent).
Quick checks

Check the pack status
If PDFs are generated on approval, a submitted pack may not yet produce a PDF. -
Check spam/junk filtering
Some organisations quarantine automated emails. -
Download directly from the pack record
If enabled, PDFs may be available via download even if email fails. -
Confirm the recipient address
Ensure the pack issuer/recipient details are correct.
