PDF not received

Summary

If a PDF is not received, first confirm whether your workflow generates PDFs on submission or on approval (configuration dependent).

Quick checks

  1. Check the pack status
    If PDFs are generated on approval, a submitted pack may not yet produce a PDF.

  2. Check spam/junk filtering
    Some organisations quarantine automated emails.

  3. Download directly from the pack record
    If enabled, PDFs may be available via download even if email fails.

  4. Confirm the recipient address
    Ensure the pack issuer/recipient details are correct.
