Offline data not syncing
Summary
If offline changes are not syncing, the cause is usually connectivity, authentication, or a failed sync queue.
Quick checks

Restore a stable connection
Move to a known signal area or connect to Wi‑Fi. -
Leave the app open until sync completes
Sync may pause if the device sleeps or the app is backgrounded. -
Confirm you are still logged in
If sessions expire, re-authenticate and retry. -
Check for a sync error banner/message
Capture a screenshot for support.

If the pack remains out of sync, contact team@docurail.com with:
- Pack reference
- Device model and OS version
- Approx. time of last successful sync
- Screenshots of any error messages
