Offline data not syncing

Summary

If offline changes are not syncing, the cause is usually connectivity, authentication, or a failed sync queue.

Quick checks

  1. Restore a stable connection
    Move to a known signal area or connect to Wi‑Fi.

  2. Leave the app open until sync completes
    Sync may pause if the device sleeps or the app is backgrounded.

  3. Confirm you are still logged in
    If sessions expire, re-authenticate and retry.

  4. Check for a sync error banner/message
    Capture a screenshot for support.

If the pack remains out of sync, contact team@docurail.com with:

  • Pack reference
  • Device model and OS version
  • Approx. time of last successful sync
  • Screenshots of any error messages
