Summary​

POS packs may be revised following review feedback, changing conditions, or rework. DocuRail supports traceability by retaining submission history and linking revisions.

Why version control matters​

Restricting edits after submission helps ensure reviewers can see:

  • What was submitted at the time
  • What changed later
  • When re-submission occurred
Common misunderstanding

Revisions should not overwrite history. Maintaining linked submissions supports auditability and accountability.
