Submitting a POS pack in DocuRail records that POS-related information has been completed and formally shared for review through the platform.

Scope

This page describes platform behaviour only. It does not define when a POS must be submitted, or what content is required by controlled documentation.

What submission means in DocuRail

Submission is a workflow action that:

  • Records a timestamp and the submitting user
  • Moves the pack into the next workflow stage (for example: RM review)
  • Preserves the submission record for traceability

Typical submission steps

  1. Complete required fields
  2. Attach supporting information where applicable
  3. Review for clarity and completeness
  4. Submit through the platform

What happens next

After submission, the pack becomes available for review in line with configured permissions and workflow stages.
