Summary​

After a POS pack is submitted, it enters the next stage of the configured workflow. DocuRail records the outcome and retains submission history for traceability.

Typical outcomes​

Depending on configuration, outcomes may include:

  • Approved / accepted
  • Returned for revision (with comments)
  • Rejected (with reason/comments)

Revisions and re-submission​

Where a pack is returned, DocuRail typically supports revising the original submission and re-submitting it, keeping versions linked.

Audit trail and retention​

DocuRail records status changes and timestamps to support audit and assurance activity.
